William joined the company as a support worker and has proved to be a very competent and skillful worker. During the time working with him, I have witnessed him attending to service users with various diagnosis such as LDs, Paranoid Schizophrenia, EUPD, PTSD, Depression, anxiety etc. I can confirm that William has acquired some knowledge and developed some kind of patience and the required care skills to deal with such individuals in a kind and supportive manner.
